Lindsay MacPherson, Executive Director of Music BC, expresses her excitement, saying, “We’re incredibly pleased to welcome our 2024 cohort! Now in its third year, this program continues to achieve remarkable success, consistently meeting the goals we set from the start. We are elated to see the growing ARC community thrive and collaborate long after their participation. Music BC remains committed to providing emerging artists in British Columbia with a wealth of resources and opportunities to grow and excel.”

The Retreat is a week-long intensive in Princeton, B.C., consisting of one-on-one and group mentorship sessions with world-class industry leaders, with a focus on all the creative components that go into growing and sustaining an audience and brand, including co-writing, recording, content creation, vocal and live performance training, complemented with daily mental health workshops.
