ARC is made possible through the support of Creative BC and the Province of British Columbia, FACTOR (the Foundation Assisting Canadian Talent on Recordings) and the Government of Canada. The program is designed to equip emerging artists with the tools, knowledge, and mentorship they need to build sustainable careers in today’s music industry. The program provides a comprehensive accelerator experience, offering one-on-one mentorship from industry professionals, including managers, creative content directors, and music producers.

“We’re proud to welcome the 2025 ARC cohort and continue growing a vibrant, creative community,” says Lindsay MacPherson, Executive Director of Music BC. “Four years in, ARC has proven to be more than a development program – it’s a launchpad for connection and long-term impact. Our goal remains the same: to champion B.C. artists by providing the guidance, tools, and access they need to build meaningful, sustainable careers.
To further this mission, Nettwerk Music Group has announced a new three-year partnership with ARC. This collaboration will deepen the program’s impact by expanding global market access and mentorship opportunities. Through this partnership, ARC artists will receive direct support with digital strategy, audience development, and exposure to DSPs and global platforms, helping turn new listeners into long-term fans.In addition, Roland, a world leader in electronic musical instruments, is contributing gear and technical tools to support this year’s ARC program. Through this new partnership, participants will gain access to professional equipment to support their creative development. This collaboration reinforces ARC’s commitment to equipping artists not only with knowledge and guidance, but also with the practical resources needed to bring their ideas to life.
